| DISTANCE: | Runs: 13.1, 10, 6.2, 3.1, 1 mile & Duathlon: 1 mile
run, 11.5 mile bike, 1 mile run

| COURSE: | The running races are out and back mostly flat with a few
small hills. All miles are marked and and are measured accurately.
DUATHLON: Boths runs are out and back all flat all inside the park. The
bike course is out and back with some rolling hills but nothing bi g.
Course is perfect for beginners and veterans. 2/3 person teams in the
duathlon. WALKERS OK IN ALL EVENTS!!!!!

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,
45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions in the
duathlon of male, female and mixed.

| ENTRY FEES: | See entry form. Online sign up for

for the duathlon at www.signmeup.com/55316.

| AWARDS: | Overall winners of all races will receive trophies. Top 5
overall in the half, male and female will also receive trophies. Top 3
overall in 5 year age groups in all races will receive neck medals. NOTE:
If you don't receive an age group award you will receive a finisher medal.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive a designer short sleeve t-shirt
unless the no t-shirt option is checked. You can also upgrade to a
longsleeve shirt or sweatshirt or order an extra short sleeve shirt. You
can also order extra longsleeve or sweatshirts. All garments ar e 100
percent cotton and are preshrunk. Sizes are small, medium, large, XL and
2XL.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From I-5 north or south take EXIT 95 and head east towards
Maytown. Follow to Tilley Road and turn left. Go to state park entrance
and turn left, follow past ranger station and campgrounds. Go to Kitchen
#3 start/finish area. There is no longer a parking fee at state parks.

| OTHER INFO: | 7th annual events with lots of postrace food and quality
awards. There will be ham, turkey and cheese sandwiches, hot chili or soup
and many other goodies and snacks. There will also be bottled water and
soda along with hot coffee to drink. HOT SHOWERS: Are a vailable in the
camp grounds, bring a towel and some quarters. RESULTS: Will be posted at
www.nwrunner.com, www.racenter.com and www.ontherunevents.com
