Hey, how's things?
About 7 weeks ago i started experiencing sharp pains on the lateral and
medial sides just under my knee. The sharp pains led directly into a
continuous dull pain that increases as I contract my leg, such as when
going down stairs or when taking off my shoes. My flexibility was
decreased instantly and it is most painful when I bend over while my
legs are apart.
I was diagnosed with tendonitis and given the nsaid daypro, which does
help with the pain. I also have attended physical therapy for the past
three weeks now. But the pain is not getting any better. Stretching is
still painful and running is out of the question. Other symptoms I
experience are hip pain, muscle cramps in my foot, and a sense of
blockage in the bloodflow in my knee. There has been no swelling of any
kind throughout this ordeal. The therapist checked all my major
ligaments and said that they were fine.
Is there anything I should look into? what else can I do to help heal
this injury? I'm at wit's end and not being able to exercise is driving
