
Hello my is Susan, I believe I have either pulled or torn my muscle. It hurts
into my stomache and all the way down to my ankle. It is a constant pain that
gets sharper when muscles are stretched. Do I need to keep working it or stay
off of it foe a few days. I can honestly say giving birth to my daughter didn't
hurt this bad. Thank you for time and information. Susan
REST!!!! Return to exercise gradually, and only with no pain - Ice if you can.
