I have been running to keep in shape (10 mile/week), and my knee just started popping
the other day. There is no pain or discomfort other than having to hear it pop every time I
take a step. Is this one of those things you just work through unless there is pain, or do I
need to get some attention before it starts hurting?

John, we usually donít fret too much about painless popping sounds. When it becomes
painful, , well then we would ask you to change your activities. You might look at getting
into orthotics as a way to mitigate against the popping becoming painful...Good Luck...
