Important event information for the Easter Marathon, Footraces, Duathlon & Kids Mini-Du, April 3, 2010
| TIME: | Footraces: 10:30 a.m. Kids Du: 1:30 p.m. Adult Du: 2:00 p.m.
PACKET PICKUP FOR THE FOOTRACES: 9:00 a.m-10:15 a.m. DUATHLON: Noon to 1:30 p.m.

| DISTANCE: | 26.2, 13.1, 10, 6.2, 3.1, 1 miles DUATHLON: 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, 1 mile run KIDS DU: 25 yard run, 3/4 mile bike, 25 yard run.

| COURSE: | All courses are out and back mostly flat with very few hills. The course is accurate (certified) and well marked. Aide stations every 1 and a half miles with water, gatorade, gels/food. There will be porta potties on the course. The course is perfect for beginner
s and veterans. WALKERS are OK in all events except the marathon. Duathlon: Both runs are out and back all flat with one small hill. BIKE: Out and back mostly flat. KIDS mini-du: run all flat in parking lot, bike all flat on no traffic side street. MARATHONERS OVER 5 HOURS CAN START AT 9:30 A.M. THERE WILL BE NO AIDE STATIONS SET UP UNTIL 10:30 A.M.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-9, 10-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also male, female and mixed teams in the duathlon.

| AWARDS: | Overall winners of all races will receive trophies.
MARATHON FINISHERS WILL RECIEVE A TROPHY AND NECK MEDAL!!!!! Top 10 overall in the half-marathon will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. If you don't receive an age group award you will get a finisher medal. No one goes home without a trophy or medal.

| T-SHIRTS: | If you want a shirt you must order one. Shirts do not come with entry fee. You can order short or long sleeve, hooded or regular sweat shirt. Shirts will 50 percent polyester and 50 percent cotton. You can order extra shirts or no shirt at all.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From I-5 north or south take Exit 88 and follow west to Rochester. Turn left on
Albany street (stop light) and follow a half mile to Swede hall on the right. Address: 18543

| OTHER INFO: | 1st annual easter celebration, there will be hot chili and chicken noodle soup along with ham, turkey and tuna sandwiches. There will be hot cider, coffee, bottled water, soda and sport drinks. Other goodies will also be available, cookies, chips, veggies, et
c.
RESULTS: Will be posted at www.racecenter.com and www.ontherunevents.com. EATER EGG HUNT: There will be an easter egg hunt for kids 12 & under.
