| TIME: | Adult TRI/DU: 1:00 p.m. FOOTRACES: 11:00 a.m. KIDS: 2:45 p.m.

| DISTANCE: | Triathlon: 250 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run, Duathlon: 2 mile run, 13 mile bike, 2 mile run, Footraces: 26.2, 13.1, 10, 6.2, 3.1 & 1 miles, Kids mini-tri: 25 yard swim or wade, 3/4 mile bike, 1/4 mile run.

| COURSE: | SWIM: Out and back along buoy line in a small man-made lake. BIKE: Out and back 90 percent flat on scenic, paved, country roads. RUN: Out and back 90 percent flat with aide stations of water and gatoraide. FOOTRACES: Out and back mostly flat with aide stations every 1 1/2 to 2 miles with water, gatoraide and gel/food. KIDS: All inside the park on paved bike trail. Course is perfect for beginners and veterans. WALKERS ARE OK. MARATHONERS CAN START AT 10:00 A.M. 2/3 person teams for the triathlon and duathlon.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 up. Teams divisions of male, female and mixed for the triathlon and duathlon.

| AWARDS: | Top 10 overall in the triathlon male and female will receive trophies. Top 3 overall male and female in the duathlon will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. Top 5 overall in the full and half-marathon will receive trophies and all finishers receive medals. Overall in all other races receive trophies and top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive medals.

| T-SHIRTS: | You must order a garment to receive one. You can choose from short sleeve, longsleeve, tank top, sweatshirt or hooded sweat. Tech shirts short or long are also available.
Sizes are small, medium, large, XL ad 2 XL.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From the south on I-5 take exit 88B and go west on hwy 12 to Elma. Take a left onto hwy 8 and take the first exit. Turn left over the freeway and follow to
Wenzelslough road and turn right. Park is 1/4 mile on the right. From the north on I-5 take hwy 101 north out of
Olympia, follow to hwy 8 west towards ocean beaches. Follow to Elma and take the
Vance Creek exit and go left over the freeway and follow to Wenzelslough road, turning right and follow to park on the right.
