February Frenzy

Important event information for the February Frenzy Half-Marathon, 10 Miles, 10K, 5K, 1 Miles & Sprint Duathlon, February 26, 2006
| TIME: | RUNS: 11:00 a.m. DUATHLON: 2:00 p.m. Packet pickup for the runs starts
at 9:30 a..m and goes until 10:45 a.m. Duathlon starts at 12:30 p.m. and
goes until 1:45 p.m.

| PLACE: | Olympia @ Millerslyvania State Park

| DISTANCE: | RUNS: 13.1, 10, 6.2, 3.1, 1 mile DUATHLON: 1 mile run,
11.5 mile mile bike, 1 mile run
|
| COURSE: | The Half-Marathon, 10 miles, 10K are out and back with some
rolling hills but nothing big. Aid stations every 2 miles with water,
gatorade and gel/food. The 5K is all flat, out and back with one small
hill at the turnaround. The 1 mile is all flat out and back inside the
park. WALKERS ARE OK IN ALL EVENTS!!! Course is perfect for beginners and
veterans. DUATHLON: Both runs are all flat out and back all in the park.
The bike course is out and back with some rolling hills but nothing big.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-4, 5-9, 10-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,
45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions of male,
female or mixed.

| ENTRY FEES: | See entry form. Online for the runs at www.signmeup.com/53047 and for the duathlon at

earlier you sign up the more money you save!!!!!

| AWARDS: | Overall winners in all races will receive trophies. Top 3
in 5 year divisions in all races will receive special 2006 neck medals. NOTE: If you don't receive an age group award you will receive a finisher medal. Also team divisions of male, female and mixed in the duathlon. |
| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive a designer February Frenzy short
sleeve shirt, unless the no t-shirt option is checked. You can also order
an extra short sleeve, long sleeve or sweatshirt. You can also upgrade to
a longsleeve shirt or sweatshirt. All garments are 100 percent cotton and
are preshrunk. Sizes are small, meduim, large, XL and XXL.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From I-5 north or south take EXIT 95 and head EAST through
Maytown. Turn left on Tilley road s. and follow to state park entrance.
Turn left into state park entrance. Follow past the campgrounds and follow
to Kitchen #3. PARKING FEE: All Washington state parks charge a $5 per
vehicle parking fee unless you have an annual pass. (see
map)

| OTHER INFO: | 1st annual event with lots of food, such as chili, soup, sandwiches, cookies, donuts, crackers and other goodies. There will also be lots of bottled water, gatorade, coffee and cider to drink after the race. HOT SHOWERS: Are available in the campgrounds, just bring a couple of quarters and a towel.
