34th & Fremont Ave. N.) Finish at the Adobe Complex below the bridge.
Parking is limited in Fremont. Please car pool or use Metro and respect the
property in the neighborhood.

Timing Services & Results:
The Fremont Fun Run will be timed using Winning Time chip technology. Chips must
be worn on the ankle during the race. Results cannot be posted unless the chip
is worn correctly. The chip must be returned in the finish area. If the chip is
not returned, a $30 fee will be charged to the entrant to which the chip has
been assigned (yes, we know who you are!)
Clydesdale & Stroller Divisions:
Prizes will be awarded for the top finishers in the Clydesale and Stroller
divisions. Clydesdale Men must be 200 lbs or over. Clydesdale Women must be 160
lbs or over. Strollers must be pushed and have a passenger.

Prizes:
Overall awards will be presented at the awards ceremony. Division Awards will be
mailed.
Post-Race:
Join us for food, drink, prizes and music next to the Fremont Bridge at Adobe
Plaza. Don't forget to stop by your favorite Fremont establishment after the
race, later in the week, or during the Fair weekend. Support the community that
makes this event possible.
Beer Garden:
Brought to you courtesy of Piecora Brothers Pizza. Valid identification is
required.
Briefcase Relay:
Form a team at work. Challenge the competition. Join the Fremont Chamber of
Commerce and race for the SLUG CUP.
The Briefcase Relay starts at 6:00 PM at the Waiting for the Interurban statue on N. 34th in front of the Fremont Bridge.
Teams consist of 5 persons (each runs 1K) dressed from the waist up in regular business attire and carrying a briefcase which contains a 2004 edition of the Seattle Yellow Pages. (Backpacks are not considered a briefcase) Teams must check-in for inspection at Adobe Plaza across from the Waiting for the Interurban statue.
Sign up for the Briefcase Relay by mailing all of your completed race applications together or bring in all team applications to an in-store registration location. Make sure to check the appropriate box on the entry form. Briefcase Relay participants may also Run/ Walk in the 5K at 7:00 PM at no extra charge.

Pacific NW Track & Field Championship:
The Fremont 5K “Fast Times in Fremont” is once again proud to be the Open
and Masters 5 Kilometer Road Race Championships of the Pacific Northwest Track
& Field Association (PNTF). For more information on PNTF or the Road Race

Fremont Public Association:
The Fremont Public Association (FPA) is a social service organization helping
people throughout our community. The FPA is dedicated to meeting the basic needs
of low income people by providing food, housing, employment and home-care
services.

If you are making a pledge contribution, please enter the amount on the race application form and include check(s) payable to the Fremont Public Association.
This year, when you come to the fun run, bring a dollar to the start line to fight poverty. All proceeds will shelter homeless women, children and families through the Fremont Public Association.
Fremont Fair:
The Fremont 5K Run/Walk is the kickoff to the Fremont Fair. The 33rd Annual
Fremont Fair will be held June 19th and 20th. Visit the Fair for these
