| TIME: | Adults: 2:00 p.m. Kids: 3:45 p.m. Packet pickup starts at 12:30 p.m. and goes until 1:45 p.m.

| DISTANCE: | TRI: 250 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run DU: 2 mile run, 13 mile bike, 2 mile run KIDS: 25 yard swim or wade, 3/4 mile bike, 1/4 mile run

| COURSE: | SWIM: Out and back along a buoy line in a man made lake. Water temps in the 60's. Wetsuits are not required but recommended. BIKE: Out and back all flat on scenic, paved, country roads with a few turns. RUN: Out and back all flat on paved roads, aide stations wit
h water and gatorade along the course. KIDS: All flat inside the park. INDIVIDUALS OR 2/3 PERSON TEAMS!!! Course is perfect for beginners and veterans.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-9-10-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions of male, female and mixed.

| AWARDS: | Top 7 overall male and female in the triathlon will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. Top 3 overall male and female in the duathlon will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. All kids will receive neck medals. All teams of male, female and co-ed.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive a designer Gateway To The Pacific short sleeve t-shirt. You can also upgrade to a tank top or longsleeve shirt. You can also order an extra short sleeve shirt, tank top or longsleeve shirt.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From the north on I-5 follow to Olympia and take Hwy 101 north. Go to Hwy 8 and head west towards the ocean. Take the second Elma exit and turn left over the freeway. Turn right on Wenzelslough and follow to the park. From the south on I-5 take EXIT
88B (Aberdeen) and go west on Hwy 12. Follow to Elma and turn left on Hwy 8. Take the first exit and turn left over the freeway. Turn right on Wenzelslough road. Go 1/4 mile to the park on the right.

| OTHER INFO: | 6th annual multi-sport events with lots of postrace food and quality awards. There will be plenty of fruit, veggies and sandwiches along with other goodies. Cold bottled water and gatorade will also be available after the race.
