Important event information for the Leprechaun Half-marathon, 10 Miles, 10K, 5K, 1 mile & Duathlon, March 4, 2007
| TIME: | RUNS: 11:00 A.M. DUATHLON: 2:00 P.M. Packet pick up for the runs starts at 9: 45 a.m. and goes until 10:45 a.m. For the duathlon pick up starts at 12:45 pm and goes until 1:45 pm.

| DISTANCE: | Runs: 13.1, 10, 6.2, 3.1, 1 miles. Duathlon: 1 mile run, 11.5 mile bike, 1 mile run

| COURSE: | RUNS: All races are out and back mostly flat on paved, scenic country roads. Aide stations every 1 1/2 to 2 miles with water, gatorade and gel/food. The course is accurate and miles will be marked. WALKERS ARE OK IN ALL EVENTS. DUATHLON: RUNS: Both runs are out a
nd back all flat, inside the park. BIKE: Out and back course with some rolling hills but nothing major. Course is perfect for beginners or veterans. Duathlon is for individuals or 2/3 person teams!!!

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-9, 10-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions in the duathlon of male, female and co-ed.

| AWARDS: | Overall winners of all races will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive 2007 leprechaun neck medals. NOTE: If you don't receive an age group award you will receive a finisher medal.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive a designer Leprechaun short sleeve t-shirt unless the no t-shirt option is checked. You can upgrade to a longsleeve shirt or sweatshirt. You can also order an extra short sleeve shirt, long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt. All garments are
100 percent cotton and are preshrunk. Sizes are small, medium, large, XL and 2XL.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From I-5 north or south take EXIT 95 and go through Maytown. Follow to Tilley Road S. and turn left. Follow to state park entrance and go past the campgrounds to Kitchen #3.

| OTHER INFO: | 2nd annual St.Paddy's events with lots of postrace food such as hot chili, ham, turkey and cheese sandwiches. There will also be bottled water, soda, cider and coffee to drink after the race. HOT SHOWERS: Are available in the campgrounds, bring a couple of qu
arters and a towel. RESULTS: Will be posted at www.ontherunevents.com, www.racecenter.com and www.nwrunner.com.
