For 50 Mile Ultras there are six full aid stations and three mini food/water stations. For the 50K Ultras, there are three full aid station and two mini food/water stations. Categories are Open (under 40), Masters (40-49), and Veterans (50+), for both Male and Female. All Ultras will receive their own unique Ultra shirt.
