A story behind this picture.........well, you can see we have cookies on our boobs and we are holding up cookies.
We had a meeting to find a new name for our team as we were The Parrot Head Madness the last time we ran HTC in 1992. (Yeah, I am a huge Buffett fan but no one else is)
We came up with "Girls with Woobies". (A woobie is a blankie like a little kid would drag around.) Someone said it sounds like "Girls with Boobies" which we decided would be ok too. Someone else said how about "Girls with Cookies"? We all said, yeah!!!
So that was our name. We (Jen) made 29 batches of chocolate chip cookies and passed out over 1200 cookies during the 195 mile relay.
We had an absolute blast and will be back next year as... COOKIE GIRLS!!
