CINCINNATI, OH - (October 18, 2000) - Olympian, best-selling author and
Runner's World columnist Jeff Galloway will head up the 3rd Annual
Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon's Official Training Program. Galloway will
be in Cincinnati to kick off the training program on November 14, 2000, at
the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Cincinnati. This event is free and open to

Galloway is known for being an average teenage runner who became an
Olympian. His innovative training ideas have opened up the possibility of
running and completing a marathon to almost everyone. Philosophically,
Galloway believes that everyone is designed to run and walk, and he keeps
finding ways to bring more people in the positive world of exercise. His
low mileage run/walk training program prepares people for an incredible
achievement. This program has an over 98% success rate.

answer session on November 14, 2000, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. and will be
followed by a 2-hour overview from Jeff Galloway, along with local
training director Suzelle Snowden, on the program, its benefits and
schedule.
