No Fooling Half-Marathon |
Important event information for the No Fooling Half-Marathon, 10 miles, 10K, 5K & mile & sprint duathlon, April 1, 2007

| DISTANCE: | 13. 1, 10, 6.2, 3.1 & 1miles DUATHLON: 1 mile run, 11.5
mile bike, 1 mile run

| COURSE: | All footraces are out and back mostly flat with a few small
hills. Aide stations every 1 1/2 mile to 2 miles with water, gatorade and
gel. DUATHLON: Both runs are out and back all flat inside the park. The
bike course is out and back with a few hills but nothing big. Course is
perfect for beginners and veterans.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-9, 10-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,
40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions in
the duathlon of male, female and co-ed.

| ENTRY FEES: | See entry form. Online sign up for the footraces at www.signmeup.com/56495 and for the duathlon at www.signmeup.com/56197. INDIVIDUALS OR 2/3 PERSONS TEAMS IN THE DUATHLON.

| AWARDS: | Overall winners of the footraces will receive trophies. Top
3 in 5 year age divisions will receive 2007 no fooling neck medals. Top 3
overall in the duathlon, both male and female will receive trophies. Top 3
in 5 year age groups will receive 2007 no fooling neck medals. NOTE: If you don't receive an age group award, you will receive a finisher medal.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive designer No Fooling short sleeve
shirts, unless the no-t-shirt option is checked. You can also order and
extra short sleeve shirt, long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt. You can also
upgrade to a long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt. All garments are 100
percent cotton and are preshrunk.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From the north or south on I-5 take exit 95 and head east
through Maytown. Follow to Tilley Roads. and turn left and go to state park entrance. Go past the campgrounds and follow to kitchen #3. Millersylvania State Park (see map)

| OTHER INFO: | 7th annual April fools events with lots of postrace food
and quality awards. There will be chili, chips, cheese, sandwiches,
cookies along with bottled water, coffee and other various drinks. HOT
SHOWERS Are available in the campgrounds, bring a couple of quarters and a
towel. RESULTS: Will be posted at www.ontherunevents.com,
www.racecenter.com and www.nwrunner.com.
