Important event information for the Providence In Motion 4 Miler, July 31, 1999

TIME:	9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Olympia, WA @ Building 2, Providence St. Peter Hospital

DISTANCE:	4 miles

COURSE:	Point to point course from Providence St. Peter Hospital to Capitol steps. Course consists of rolling hills and is run on city sidewalks and bike paths.

AGE GROUPS:	10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.

ENTRY FEES:	Pre-registration (before July 17): Sisters of Providence employees $12, non-employees $15. Late registration (after July 17): Sisters of Providence employees $15, non-employees $20.
AWARDS:	Plaques to top three men and women. Ribbons to top three in each age group, men and women. Finisher medals to all finishers. All runners and walkers will be eligible for random prizes including a two night stay at Stephanie Inn in Cannon Beach, a two night stay at All Seasons River Inn Bed and Breakfast in Leavenworth and a two night stay at Quinalult Lodge.

T-SHIRTS:	An originally designed t-shirt is offered with your entry fee. Must be registered by July 17 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Adult sizes: S,M,L,XL.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS:	From southbound I-5, take exit 109. From northbound I-5, take exit 107. Follow signs to Providence St. Peter Hospital. From the Lilly Road entrance, follow signs to event parking.

OTHER INFO:	Participants are advised to park near the Capitol and ride a free shuttle bus to the starting line. A one-quarter mile Kids' Fun Run around the Capitol grounds will start at 10:30 a.m. Following the awards ceremony, enjoy games, food and entertainment(all provided FREE) at the Providence Festival on the Capitol grounds.
