I KNOW BY SIGNING THIS FORM, I'M WAIVING MY RIGHT TO SUE FOR ANY AND ALL REASONS, INCL UDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. I HAVE TRAINED FOR THIS EVENT AND HAVE NO MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
