I'm a mother of 3 who took up running to help lose weight after I had my
first child. I love to run, but don't know much about it. Over the
years, I've had a lot of injuries because I don't have much of a system to
my training. I did join a running club for a few months, but the coach
tended to give all his attention to the top runners. I'd like to find a
coaching program that is willing to work with me. Any suggestions?
