I am a 34 yr. old former marathon runner now woefully out of shape. I'd
like to run the 1/2 marathon on Mercer Island next March, but I'll need a
kick in the pants to do it. I live in the Capital Hill area of Seattle,
and would prefer morning runs @ 7:00am, 4-6 miles, 3 times/week, around a
8-9 min/mi pace.
