Looking for female to train with me for the Seattle HALF Marathon.
- Morning runs starting with 3 miles increasing to 20 miles
- 11 minute miles + sprints
- 5 days a week

I'm a happily married 37 year old woman--no kids yet.
I want to lose 10 pounds! And--I'm getting back into the
swing of marathon training after 3 year hiatus.
