| TIME: | FOOTRACES: 10:30 A.M.
DUATHLON: 2:00 P.M. EARLY START FOR THE MARATHON IS 9:30 a.m. AIDE STATIONS WILL NOT BE SET UP UNTIL 10:30 A.M.

| DISTANCE: | FOOTRACES: 26.2, 13.1, 10, 6.2, 3.1 & 1
mile.
DUATHLON: 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, 1 mile run. Packet pickup starts at 8:45 a.m. and goes until 10:15 a.m. for the footraces. The duathlon pick up starts at 1:00 p.m. and goes until 2:15 p.m.

| COURSE: | The marathon, half-marathon, 10 miles, 10K, 5K and 1 mile are all out and back almost all flat along scenic, paved, country roads. There will be aide stations with water,
Gatorade and hammer gel. There will also be porta potties on the course. Course is accurate and certified.
INDOORS: Before and after the race hang out in the warm, cozy swede hall avoiding any nasty or cold weather. WALKERS ARE OK. TIME LIMIT FOR THE MARATHON IS 6 HOURS, YOU CAN DO THE EARLY START IF YOU WILL BE OVER 5 HOURS.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-10, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions in the duathlon of male, female and mixed.

| AWARDS: | Top 20 overall male and female in the marathon will receive trophies. All marathon finisher receive neck medals. Top 10 overall male and female in the half-marathon receive trophies. There will also be half-marathon finisher medals. Overall winners of all other races receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. Top 5 overall male and female in the duathlon will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. Also team divisions of male, female and mixed.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive a 2009 short sleeve shirt. Extra garments can also be ordered. Short sleeve shirts, tank tops, longsleeve, sweatshirts and hooded sweatshirts can be ordered. All garments are 100 percent cotton and are preshrunk. Sizes are small, medium, large, XL and 2 XL.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From I-5 north or south take Exit 88 and go west towards Rochester on HWY 12. Turn left at Albany Street (stop light) and follow to Swede Hall 1/2 mile on the right. ADDRESS: 18543 Albany Street, Rochester, WA 98579

| OTHER INFO: | After the race enjoy hot chili or soup in the warm Swede hall kitchen area. There will be fruit, veggies, cookies, donuts, candy, plenty of sandwiches, tuna, bagels, etc. There will also be bottled water, hot coffee and apple cider. RESULTS: Will be available after the race and be posted at www.ontherunevents.com and www.racecenter.com Remember to wear your santa hats and jingle bells.
